M4L Perspective Stereo Panner 1.0
This is an audio effect type max for live device for moving sound three-dimensionally.
In addition to manual mode, the device has three auto-panning algorithms.
There are also two other parameters, JET and MS.

Manual mode
If you have selected Manual mode, you can specify the sound localization by specifying the XY coordinates. The XY pad in the center of the screen and the X and Y dials on the right side work together. When writing automation, describe the coordinates in the items of Manual X and Manual Y.

Random Cycle mode
When Random Cycle mode is selected, the movement of the sound can be specified by two parameters, Freq and Range. On the right side of the screen, you can specify the movement speed with the Freq dial and the dynamic movement with the Range dial.
Therefore, if the Freq value is large and the Range value is small, you can move the sound in small steps quickly.

Random Roll mode
When the andom Roll mode is selected, the movement of the sound can be specified by two parameters, Freq and Radius. You can specify the rotation speed with the Freq dial on the right side of the screen and the distance from the center with the Radius dial.
Use this mode if you want to move closer or further away while rotating.
The Freq dial rotates counterclockwise with a + value and clockwise with a-value.

Random Around mode
When Random Around mode is selected, the movement of the sound can be specified by two parameters, Range and Minimum. There is also a switch called invert mode. In this mode, the sound will always rotate at a constant distance. The Range dial specifies the speed of rotation, and the Minimum dial determines the minimum value of the speed of rotation. The larger the value of both the Range dial and the Minimum dial, the slower the movement. When the Invert mode switch is sound, the sound will be out of phase under certain conditions. You can create a more three-dimensional sound image by turning on the switch.

Jet dial
The JET dial on the left side of the screen is a parameter that can be used in any mode. By increasing the value of the JET dial, the effect of the filter can be added along with the movement of the sound image, and the impression that the sound is moving can be strengthened.

MS dial
The MS dial on the left side of the screen is a parameter that allows you to control the volume according to the distance from the center. If it is 0%, the volume will be the same everywhere. If you turn the dial in the positive direction, the volume will decrease as you move away from the center. If you turn the dial in the negative direction, the volume will decrease as you approach the center.
